Beacon Academy has served Canton, Ohio families since 2016 as a tuition-free public charter school for grades K-8, built around the belief that every student deserves individualized attention and a genuinely diverse learning environment.

Over that time the school has built a robust STEAM and Project-Based Learning program — Project Lead The Way curriculum, 3D printers, robotics, and Esports — alongside a full slate of Title Services, MTSS support, and a dedicated Sensory Room for students who need extra help.

Today, Beacon Academy partners with more than 25 local organizations and businesses to extend learning beyond the classroom, while staff continue building the kind of positive, family-first culture Canton families are noticing.
